Designs
All designs are your property. We will not share or use your design. You can request that your molds or designs be returned at any time.
We are happy to store your molds and stones at our facility to better serve you.
Storage
We ship via UPS. All shipping costs will be charged to your account.

Gold Price
Casting prices are based on the cost of gold the day of the casting. Please inquire at consciouscastingllc@gmail.com about the cost of other services.
Time Frame
Casting is performed on Thursdays. For 14ky, all casting lists/models must be in by 2pm on the Tuesday before casting. For all other metals, casting lists/models must be in by 2pm on the Monday before casting.
If items in casting are needed on an earlier timeline, there will be an additional fee.
We strive to leave as small of a footprint as possible. We use recycled gold and modern equipment.

Payment
Payment is due upon receipt until terms are established. Payment can be made via PayPal or credit card. There will be a 3% processing fee added to the bill if a credit card is used.
There is a 10 day return period on all unfinished castings. You may email consciouscastingllc@gmail.com to request an RA#. All returns must have an RA# to be accepted.
All finished items, including any metal that has been heated, soldered, set, plated or finished are FINAL SALE.
Credit will be issued for an item returned to and inspected by CC if deemed a manufacturers defect.
Returns
Liability
Client agrees that she/he will not hold CC or its employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages that arise from using client’s materials. Issues out of our control may occur in casting. Stones removed may be damaged before removal or may be damaged during rework. If the client’s stone is cracked or damaged, CC will work to minimize further damage. Client will not hold CC liable for any broken, cracked, damaged, or lost materials.
